This site is starting to get setup, soon (in geologic time) information on several small embedded CPU's will be available. The CPU's I'm interested in are;

1. * The TI MSP430 Series, great part, I need to find additional tools for them.
2. * The AVR Mega Series, great parts, and selection, my main part for small to medium projects.
3. The AVR32 Series
4. * The Pic 18X series, good chips but I will concentrate on AVR and MSP 430 chips in the future.
5. The PicDSP Series
6. * The Pic32 series, these parts are to be investigated for high end usage.
7. * The PicAxe Series interesting part but the politics of the company turns me off.
8. The ARM Cortex M3 series, to be used in future larger projects.
9. * The Propeller Series, this chip is fascinating and I will be using it in the future.
10. * The Freescale MC9S8 family
11. * The Freescale MC9S12 Family, to be used in future projects
12. * The Freescale Coldfire Family. to be used in future large scale projects.

* These are devices that I have worked with or have development tools for them.Other models may be considered in the future, these will be used for hobby use. At present I have used the MSP430 series, AVR Mega, PicAxe, Freescale, and Propeller for small projects.
